Shipping and Delivery Information for Hyderabad Residents
We are pleased to offer shipping services exclusively to Hyderabad.
Location: Our warehouse is located in Hastinapuram.
Delivery Time: Your order will be promptly processed and shipped within 2 hours to 1 day, depending on availability and your location. Please note that the delivery might be done by our executive or by a 3rd party depending on your rental item and or availability
Shipping Charges:
- Free Delivery: Free delivery is applicable to oders whose value is above 1299 INR and Location is under 20KM
- Paid Delivery: A flat fee of 249 will be charged if the order values is less than 1299 and the location in under 20KM
- Above 20KM: if your location if farther than 20KM the delivery charge may vary, our team will let you know about the shipping either after or before booking.
This fee includes return charges as well
Return Instructions: Our team will contact you to schedule a pickup. The items may be collected by our executive or a third-party company, depending on availability. Please retain the packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and tamper-proof covers, as these will be needed to pack the items for return. You may also be asked to share images of the packed items to ensure there are no issues during the return process or our quality check.
